Step into the living room on the upper level, with a sofa, smart TV, air conditioning and a dining area. There is direct access to the balcony, featuring a dining table and an outside heater for al fresco evenings. Follow the outside stairs to the lower level, where the allure of the private pool awaits.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a 4-pit gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, and citrus press. Everything you need for creating memorable meals is at your fingertips.
On the upper level there is also 1 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and fitted wardrobes. A separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet adds convenience to this level.
Descend the internal staircase where you find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a fitted wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom boasts a double bed, air conditioning, a fitted wardrobe, and access to the pool terrace.
